In these uncertain times and with the unique challenges that we are all facing due to COVID-19, we would like to share information on how FOSS Global is keeping you covered. The safety and health of our customers and staff members remain our top priority. We are following the local government and health authorities’ guidelines and act according to the guidelines also as they develop over time.
As long as the authorities allow we continue to offer onsite service and support. We understand that some of our customers have introduced appropriate safety measures that prevent outside visitors/contractors on their sites. If this is the case, we offer to support our customers remotely – via phone/Teams/Skype/TeamViewer or via remote monitoring and management through our suite of Digital Services.
