FTIR dairy analysis with minimal reference analysis

1. nov., 2017
Whitepaper examines how highly-robust FT-IR models can reduce the need for wet chemistry reference analysis without compromising the accuracy of routine tests.

FTIR is accepted as the preferred technology to do liquid milk analysis because it provides the most accurate results. The quality of data from any FT-IR instrument is, however, dependent on the prediction models used and maintained on the instrument. This requires reference tests with wet chemistry which is a timely and costly process.

This White Paper examines how highly-robust FT-IR models can reduce the need for wet chemistry tests without compromising the accuracy of FT-IR tests.
