Quick support from a FOSS support engineer

FOSS provides remote support via a small application, which you can start on the computer, when you need help from a FOSS support engineer.

 

The application is purely html and flash based solution that can be used from nearly any browser and operating system. No installation is required. It is an application running in the computers memory, so you do not need administrative rights on the computer to start the application.

 

With every start of the application, a new dynamic session password is being generated which prevents any permanent access. 

 

  • Firstly, make contact via phone to your FOSS Technical Support Engineer, via your local support office.

  • When asked to do so by the FOSS Technical Support Engineer please click the button below “Click to start Quick Support”.

  • As soon as your application starts please inform you FOSS Technical Support Engineer of your ID and Password numbers.

  • Your FOSS Technical Support Engineer is now connected to you.
