The recruitment process starts when you have submitted your application online.
We aim to make the process as positive and fast as possible, therefore we review applications on an ongoing basis.
The interview process at FOSS typically consists of two to four meetings. The first meeting is an interview with the hiring manager. In this interview you can tell us more about yourself, your experience, and expectations.
Prior to the second interview you will be asked to complete a personality assessment. We use Predictive Index and Hogan Assessments. At this interview you will meet with HR and the hiring manager. During this meeting, you will get feedback on your personality profile, and will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might still have.
Finally, there may be a closing interview with one or more senior FOSS managers, e.g., a Senior Vice President or our CEO.
As the last step in the process, we conduct reference checks.
