What you will be doing 

As part of our HR Operations Team, you will function as our training coordinator as dedicated support for our People Development team. In this role you will be sitting at the intersection of logistics, people, and learning. The role demands a balanced mix of professional skills and personal disposition. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage enrollments and participants for our people development activities  
  • Update and maintain training events in our LMS 
  • Managing venues, rooms, catering, hotel and restaurant for training events 
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and answer ad hoc questions regarding enrollment and admin 
  • People development, training and course administration, incl. budgeting, registration, record-keeping, vendor contract management 

The position is temporary maternity cover expected to last at least 12 months.

  • Strong project management ability to plan, schedule, and run multiple events in parallel without losing track of details.  
  • Solid administrative skills — invoice administration, registration, record-keeping, vendor contracts — to keep the operation running smoothly.  
  • Comfort with LMS platforms, digital collaboration tools, and basic data analysis (attendance, satisfaction, training impact).  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English — the role involves continuous contact with colleagues globally, trainers, managers, and external providers.
  • As the role is based in Warzaw, proficiency in Polish is a big plus.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
