As Financial Controller at FOSS, you will become a key member of both the local management team and the regional controller leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director, Service Director, and Regional Finance Director.

What you will do

You will lead and drive a successful SSS through financial leadership, compliance, and team development.

In this role, you will oversee Finance, HR, Legal and IT within the Brazil SSS. You will manage a team of specialists, ensure operational excellence, and drive strong financial performance. Together with the Management Team, you will support strategic and operational decisions and ensure the organization meets or exceeds its business growth and EBITA targets. You will be working out of our office in Sao Paolo. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Day‑to‑day control and analysis of financial results, with recommendations
• Budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, cash flow, and strategic plans
• Cost and Net Working Capital management
• Contract analysis and drafting
• Compliance, safety, facility mgmt, and ISO audits
• HR onboarding/offboarding, payroll, compensation, and benefits
• ESG reporting
• Cooperation with auditors, banks, insurance, and authorities
• Participation in global projects

Further, we expect you to bring:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• 3+ years Controller experience
• Experience in financial strategy implementation
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; SAP ideal
• Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
