We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Product Compliance & Quality Assurance team—an area with high visibility, strong impact, and a clear mission: ensuring that FOSS operates with standardized processes, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of quality.  

The job 

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist, which will play a key role in driving and improving quality processes across the organization. You will help ensure that our quality management system (QMS) supports operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Product Compliance & Quality Assurance department focused on strengthening quality awareness and raising standards across FOSS. You will join a team that believes in a data-driven approach to quality and in building strong partnerships across the organization. Your primary tasks will include:

• Facilitating process improvements and standardization across departments 
• Supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the FOSS Quality Management System (QMS) 

• Developing and delivering training within quality processes, systems, and tools 

• Monitoring performance metrics and supporting data-driven decision-making 

• Act as a trusted cross-functional partner to strengthen awareness and ownership of quality 

• Participating in or leading quality-related projects and initiatives 

Qualifications 

You are someone who naturally builds strong cross-functional collaborations and acts as a trusted partner across the organization. You bring solid experience with quality processes, broad process expertise, and a proven ability to engage and train colleagues. You communicate clearly and can present ideas in ways that secure buy-in across all levels. 

Further, we expect you to bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field 

• Experience from a Quality department or a similar role 
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English 

• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results 

• Experience with integrated product development is an advantage 

• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 is a plus 

• Ability to present and “sell” ideas, secure buy-in, and drive change
