Are you a strategic marketeer who wants to shape how FOSS enters an entirely new customer segment? Do you want to help build a global brand for customer segments who have never interacted with FOSS before, and do you thrive in setting direction, orchestrating others, and turning insights into scalable activation? Then this is your opportunity to take a central role in building FOSS Go, one of FOSS’ most exciting new ventures.

What you will do

Set the strategic foundation:

• Own the global marketing strategy for FOSS Go, including brand strategy, channel strategy, and community strategy
• Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across all touchpoints, working together with larger FOSS Brand custodians
• Own the FOSS Go GTM playbook to enable the Industry Managers to think in the new way of activation
• Help build the backend systems to enable data based strategic decisions around marketing investments today and in the future

Lead hybrid (digital + analog) activation — through others:

• Design hybrid marketing approaches including digital acquisition and offline activation.
• Execution carried out by Internal MarCom, external agencies, regional teams.
• Work with Industry managers to translate the playbook into solution-house messaging and scalable activation frameworks

Build and nurture the FOSS Go customer community:

• Create and grow a global community of farmers, KOLs, co-ops, and early adopters.
• Develop programs enabling sharing of best practices, testimonials, peer learning, and product advocacy.

Drive commercial alignment:

• Collaborate with existing FOSS organization across Sales, SSS, distributors, and key account teams

Lead the global marketing strategy and execution for FOSS Go

As Head of Marketing – FOSS Go, you will be responsible for defining and driving the global marketing strategy for a new portfolio targeting a completely new set of customers globally. Your role is strategic leadership — with a mix of hands-on execution where needed. You will set direction, define frameworks, and enable execution through MarCom, agencies, and regional teams.
