Are you motivated by hands-on customer interaction and the opportunity to introduce new innovative analytical solutions to FOSS’ customers? At FOSS, we develop analytical solutions that help optimize the use of agricultural resources. We are now looking for a Field Test Coordinator to strengthen our R&D field validation efforts across key product lines.

About the Role

The Field Test Coordinator at FOSS is an integral part of the R&D Project team, contributing actively to the development and validation of solutions in practical settings. This role involves planning and executing comprehensive field tests at customer sites around the world, including major clients such as Nestlé, Heinz, Mars, as well as individual users. You will ensure customer readiness and coordinate logistics related to instrument deployment.

You’ll capture high-quality test data, observations, deviations, and issues, and feed learnings directly into the project team to secure that field insights translate into improved product performance, customer value, and market readiness.

Your work will contribute directly to FOSS’ mission of enabling sustainable and data-driven food production through world-leading analytical solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end field tests at customer sites, from readiness checks to onsite coordination
• Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive customer contact and ensure agreements are in place before deployment
• Coordinate logistics and instrument readiness including shipping
• Collect and document high-quality test data, observations, risks, deviations, and issues
• Provide feedback and status updates for R&D and project teams

What You Bring

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field tests, pilots, technical deployments or similar at customer sites
• Strong coordination skills
• Hands-on capability onsite
• Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and reporting
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in food & agricultural instrumentation or analytics
• Understanding of service readiness (spare parts, swap concepts, training handover)
• Ability to produce application notes or training materials for field test
• Additional languages (e.g. Danish + others)
