As a subsidiary of our Danish parent company, we successfully market and service FOSS solutions in Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries.
To strengthen our service organization, we are looking for a Service Technician in field service (m/f/d).

The job

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction for FOSS analytical systems. You will work directly with customers in the field as well as remotely, supporting both laboratory and process installations.
You will operate independently within your service area, while being part of a skilled, international service organization that values quality, collaboration, and professional expertise.

• Install and commission FOSS analytical systems
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site
• Provide customer support via hotline and remote access
• Conduct user seminars and customer training
• Manage spare parts and technical documentation
• Ensure high service quality and strong customer relationships

About you

The most successful candidate can say yes to most of the following:

• Completed technical education with several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with installation, maintenance, or support of analytical systems (process or laboratory), preferably within the food industry or similar environments
• Strong interest in technically advanced products and systems
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• High customer orientation and strong service mindset
• Resilience and professionalism, even in challenging situations

Since you will visit customers all over the region, extensively travel should be expected.
