Our Center was established to support the global organization in achieving its business goals, based on technological advancements. The job

Together with the Polish-Danish Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to FOSS employees. We're looking for someone focused on effective user communication, eager to provide high-quality support in assigned areas, and collaborating closely with the Infrastructure and Business Applications (SAP, Salesforce, WWW) teams, also located in our Center.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Providing support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems, phone, Teams, and email
  • Registering, analyzing, and resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs
  • Configuring and installing computers, applications, and peripheral devices
  • Administering systems like Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory
  • Collaborating with higher-level support teams and external IT service providers
  • Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and ensure high security standards
  • Managing IT equipment inventory and coordinate hardware procurement processes

What you bring to the role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and Windows Server environments
  • Experience with IT incident management and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and user account management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
