As principal scientist with focus on analysis for Fonterra for many years, Dr Steve Holroyd has had a unique opportunity to track the growing role of analytical solutions in securing yield in modern dairy production. We caught up with him at the 2024 FOSS dairy symposium to hear more about his presentation on managing at-line and in-line analytical solutions across multiple sites and to learn more about progress towards the elusive concept of lights-out manufacturing.
