What you will be doing

As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen the company’s brand, generate business opportunities and support sales growth.

The role combines campaign coordination, content creation, digital marketing and event support while ensuring consistent communication across channels. The Marketing Specialist works closely with Sales Team in creating campaigns for new products and planning marketing activities and also other business functions to translate business priorities into effective marketing initiatives and measurable result.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy
  • Collaborating on the development of the marketing activity calendar
  • Creating marketing content and campaigns, including social media posts, website content, etc.
  • Organizing and supporting marketing and PR events, including conferences, meetings, webinars, trade fairs and industry events
  • Preparing graphics (banners, social media posts, brochures, print materials, website graphics, promotional materials, merchandise, etc.) and videos for the promotion of products and services

Also from producing eye-catching marketing materials and collaborating with external partners to analyzing campaign performance and identifying new opportunities, you will help ensure that our marketing activities deliver measurable results and support our strategic objectives. 

What we hope to see you bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field will be an advantage
  • English proficiency at a level allowing fluent communication, both spoken and written
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency
  • Independence and excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - knowing Sales Force will be advantage
  • Experience in a B2B manufacturing company will be an advantage
