Features

  • 10.000 kernels in 4 minutes

Using the new image analysis technology, grain passes under a 3D laser, 2D lights and camera to capture data. This data is then processed using a series of calibrations to determine the quality results. The EyeFoss™ can asses 10.000 kernels, or a standard half litre sample, in just four minutes and doesn’t add any more time to the sampling process.
  • Less training of staff

Getting highly skilled staff in place often at remote locations can be problematic and costly during the busy harvest season. EyeFoss™ encapsulates this experience, empowering any operator to make assessments while reducing the burden of tough decisions.

Consistent measurements by anyone with minimal training
Low maintenance, easy to clean solution that is robust to harsh receival-stand environments
Easy-to-use interface with low risk of operator error

“This device (EyeFoss ed.) revolutionised our sorting, because in 3-4 minutes, you obtain a broken-grain rate that is as consistent and reliable as an official analysis.”

In this video, Quality Manager Mickaël Maisonneuve from Invivo group in France, explains how revolutionary image analysis of grain helps to spot defects such as broken kernels in grain. Each lorry load of grain arriving at the port can be checked within a few minutes. The loads can then be allocated for shipment according to quality expectations from customers.
