FOSS is the global market leader in analytical solutions for agriculture and the food industry, helping food producers around the world reduce waste and enhance food quality and safety.
In 2025, FOSS achieved revenue of DKK 2,730 million, an increase of DKK 142 million compared to the previous year. Organic growth in turnover was 8%. Operating profit reached DKK 700 million, up 9% year-over-year.
In addition to the strong financial performance, FOSS also saw a continued increase in customer loyalty in 2025.
"In a word marked by uncertainty in many ways, customer loyalty is the strongest currency. We are therefore very pleased with the trust we are shown, and it only strengthens our responsibility to deliver the best solutions," says Kim Vejlby Hansen.
This year's Annual General Meeting also marks a leadership transition: Kim Vejlby Hansen (left) has stepped in as CEO of the holding company N. Foss & Co, and has handed over the leadership of FOSS to Christian Rosenkrantz de Lasson.

In 2025, FOSS came in at the 92nd percentile in the EcoVadis rating, positioned among the most sustainable companies globally. EcoVadis is a leading sustainability rating platform that evaluates companies' environmental, social, and ethical performance.
