We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced Senior Scientist specialized in antibody development to join our Research and Development department.

About the Role
As part of the Antibody Development team, you will take a leading role in the design and execution of antibody generation and characterization projects. You will work closely with a small, specialized team, taking ownership of experimental work from planning through to interpretation, while also helping to shape how the team's processes evolve over time. Your expertise in the area will be crucial in establishing robust workflows and reliable deliveries for downstream applications. Close collaboration and a holistic view of the application and customer needs is an important part of the role, as is communication with adjacent teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
• You will plan and independently run experimental work across antibody development and characterization.
• You will be responsible for standardizing and streamlining our antibody development process and ensuring a pipeline for research and development
• You will evaluate and interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear conclusions and next steps.
• You will contribute to selecting instruments, materials, and vendors, and manage related procurement steps.
• You will collaborate closely with other teams across the organization to ensure antibodies meet downstream application and customer needs.
• You will build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
What You Bring
• BSc/MSc (or higher) in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related Life Science field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in antibody development (hybridoma, recombinant, or related techniques).
• Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, strong academic research experience will also be considered.
• Good communication skills in both Hungarian and English (written and verbal).
