Based in Italy’s Brunello di Moltalcino region, the Col D’Ocia winery started using the OenoFoss™ wine analyzer in 2013. It proved an important step in streamlining laboratory operations while the rapid availability of data provided the level of control required to complement the winery’s non-interventionist style of winemaking.
Hearing about the next generation OenoFoss 2, the winery was pleased to participate in a two week field trial to see how it could improve on the original OenoFoss.
