What you will be doing

We are committed to developing the world's leading analytical solutions for food and agriculture production, and rigorous verification is the foundation of our mission. As our new Project Manager in the Verification & Quality Engineering team, you will play a central role in this process, supporting our Engineers in making informed design choices and ensuring confidence in our instruments from initial concept to final production. Verification & Quality Engineering is one of four teams in the Engineering department, R&D.

Our product line is expanding, bringing the exciting challenge to innovate our entire verification ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of this evolution, coordinating the enhancement of our test processes and physical test environments. This includes developing protocols for new, cutting-edge instruments and supporting the implementation of advanced test solutions for our state-of-the-art factory in Vinge, Denmark.

Your impact and responsibilities

In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will be one of three Project Managers coordinating verification activities across the R&D organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as project manager for verification activities in new development together with our highly skilled team of new product development Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Driving the enhancement of our test methodologies and physical labs to support our expanding product portfolio.
• Integrating risk management principles into test planning and execution, helping to identify, document, and mitigate potential product failures proactively.
• Championing a data-driven approach by analyzing test results to identify trends, providing actionable feedback to R&D, and supporting decisions for process and product improvements.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D in Denmark and Hungary, and our production facilities in Denmark, India, and China. To succeed with this, you should be able to travel for 5-10 days per year.
• Supporting the product compliance process, ensuring our solutions meet international standards such as IEC 61010, 3A, EHEDG, and ATEX in partnership with our legal department.

What you'll bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you are a natural Project Manager with a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive, positive mindset. You thrive in complex technical environments and are an exceptional communicator, skilled at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical discussions.

We envision that you have:

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a coordinating role, preferably within a technical or R&D setting.
• A problem-solving attitude, with the ability to navigate complex technical and practical challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience with hardware testing, production test solutions, and compliance regulations.
• A strong background in quality management, coupled with experience in risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA, risk analysis), is a significant advantage.
• A well-developed ability to lead teams and succeed through delegation and collaboration.
