About the role

FOSS Go is a strategic initiative within FOSS Analytical, focused on developing scalable, digital-first commercial models and launching new solutions to market. The team works across the different functions in FOSS to enable the FOSS Go business models and customer journeys.

As a Student Assistant in FOSS Go, you will support the team across project management, internal communication, and commercial topics, gaining hands-on experience in a global technology company. As a relatively new and small unit, you will play a key role in our team and in shaping our shared success.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and follow-up on cross-functional projects
• Prepare meeting material, track actions, and support progress reporting
• Structure project documentation, timelines, and decision logs
• Support internal communication through presentations, updates, and newsletters
• Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders into clear and structured material
• Support commercial analyses, market overviews, and benchmarking activities
• Assist with customer journey mapping, value propositions, and GTM material
• Contribute to digital-first and low-touch commercial initiatives

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a relevant study program in Denmark, for example within engineering, technology management, business administration, economics, or strategy. Further, we expect that you are:

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and structured documents
• Interest in the intersection between technology and commercial business models
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with others

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from a student job, consulting project, or case competitions
• Have an interest in digital transformation, SaaS, or scalable business models
• Are comfortable working with data, analysis, or technical concepts

Practical information

• Part-time student employment alongside your studies – 10-15 hours per week
• Hourly wage according to FOSS student guidelines
