What you will be doing
As a Customer Support, the role is to deliver a consistently high standard of customer care by managing service agreement renewals and providing structured, reliable support to the Customer Care Sales team. The role is centered on maintaining trust‑based relationships with customers through clear communication, consistent follow‑up, and understanding of customer needs. A key responsibility is the accurate handling of repetitive tasks with a high degree of orderliness and attention to detail, ensuring that contracts, customer data, and processes are maintained to a high standard of quality and precision. The position requires a self‑driven, positive, and open mindset, contributing proactively to customer satisfaction, retention, and seamless customer experience through effective collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end renewals ensuring timely, accurate contract execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive support and early issue resolution.
- Provide operational support enabling efficient renewals and subscription growth.
- Build trust-based customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
- Capture customer feedback and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally ensuring data accuracy and high-quality processes.

- Commercial understanding and confidence in customer dialogue
- Experience supporting renewals, contracts, or ongoing customer relationships

- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
- High energy with a proactive, “can do” mindset
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a structured environment
