As part of our production management team, you’ll take ownership of processes that define the future of production. Your work will span from creating solutions for integrating new products from R&D to optimising production lines that support ambitious growth targets. In the first 6 months of 2026, we’re relocating all Danish production, warehouse, and distribution activities from Hillerød to Vinge, in Frederikssund. You’ll be part of this exciting transformation, helping design next-generation production and logistics concepts that ensure competitiveness and enable future growth.
Trusted advisor to the management team
Your primary responsibility will be to support production and act as a trusted advisor to the management team, ensuring high delivery performance and optimized production capacity. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and quality.
To become successful in this role, you will:
- Oversee and optimize production processes while designing and implementing improvements to support future operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including production layout optimization, line balancing, and capacity utilization to maximize efficiency across all production areas
- Develop, maintain, and analyze production KPIs, dashboards, and Smart Factory data to enable data-driven decision-making
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and processes
- Act as a technical advisor to management, providing insight on process optimization, line and group efficiency, and other relevant insight
- Define and implement strategic production milestones, leveraging advanced process knowledge to shape the future production setup, such as automation at FOSS DK
You are an experienced production specialist with a hands-on approach
We imagine that you:
- Have an academic degree within Operations/production or Supply Chain Management/Digitalization/Analytics. E.g. Diplom/ Civilingeniør
- Have 3-5 years of experience, working within supply chain and/or operations management and previously have worked in a production environment where digitization, automation and process discipline were a priority
- Have a proactive, action-oriented approach while also being aware of when to listen for gaining insight and when to act.
- Have knowledge of building and maintaining BI reports as well as ERP knowledge - working with queries and data extraction from SAP - are considered an advantage.
- Can communicate effectively at all organizational levels with diverse groups of people, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration.
As a person, we will come to know you as self-motivated, with a curious can-do attitude. You prefer to be hands-on and take pride in having detailed knowledge of the solutions within your area or responsibility. You are structured and have an analytical mindset, driven by creating value through fact-based decision-making.
