Drive Process Ownership and Standardization at FOSS
At FOSS, we are driven by a strong sense of purpose: enabling the world’s food and agricultural industries to feed a growing population sustainably. As part of our 2027 strategy, operational excellence is a core pillar; built on global standardized processes, clear ownership, and data driven insights.
To support this journey, we are strengthening our Process Excellence discipline. We are now looking for a Process Excellence Specialist with a passion for process ownership, governance, and end-to-end process management. This is not a consulting or Lean project role.
This is a role for someone who wants to own, improve, and standardize global and processes and help others do the same.
What You Will Do
As our Process Excellence Specialist, you will play a central role in building a strong global process governance model across FOSS. Your responsibilities include:
Strengthening Global Process Ownership
- Train and coach new or future process owners in their responsibilities, mindset, and tools.
- Help leaders and stakeholders understand what good process ownership looks like.
- Support process owners in defining, maintaining, and improving their global processes.
- Drive adoption of best practices in governance, documentation, and decision‑making.
- Act as temporary steward or interim process owner when needed to ensure continuity.
Build and Maintain Global Process Standards
- Develop and maintain global frameworks, templates, and methods for process work.
- Ensure consistent standards for how processes are defined, documented, governed, and improved.
- Maintain a practical process excellence toolbox that supports structured and scalable ways of working.
Drive Process Governance and KPI Structures
- Facilitate governance forums, decision‑making rituals, and process‑owner communities.
- Support creation and refinement of process KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Promote a data‑driven, fact‑based dialogue around process performance and health.
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who is motivated by shaping structure and enabling others, not just project execution. You bring:
- Experience with process ownership or process management, preferably in a global or cross‑functional environment.
- A solid operational understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Tech savviness and like to understand supporting systems
- Experience in process governance, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with process management and documentation tools.
- Strong coaching, training, and influence skills
- A structured and data approach to assessing processes performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys setting standards, enabling others to succeed, and shaping the foundations of a global process landscape.
