We're looking for a technically skilled Global Support Specialist to strengthen our Dairy Technical Product Management team.

As a Global Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert and troubleshooter for technical product knowledge and top-notch hardware support for our advanced FTIR and Flow Cytometry instruments. These are central solutions for our customers’ business, so quality in hardware, software, and service is essential.

You will be part of the highly experienced team, where we support our service teams globally and participate in development projects at the FOSS Innovation Centre.

As Global Support Specialist, you will play a key role in securing product reliability, enabling efficient troubleshooting, and helping our global service organization deliver exceptional customer experience.

You will act as the link between development teams and field service engineers, transforming technical insights into practical knowledge, training, and service solutions

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for sharing valuable product insights gained from development projects, expert colleagues, and support cases with the FOSS Service organization.

This will involve

• creating and maintaining comprehensive service documentation,
• developing and delivering engaging training for the solutions under your care.
• develop preventive maintenance protocols, manage product service kits and spare parts, monitor product quality, and address any issues that arise.

You will join a high performing team, working in an international environment where teamwork, trust, and continuous learning are part of everyday life.

Working from our office in Hillerød, you will provide both remote and if necessary, occasional onsite technical support and training on FOSS instruments globally, ensuring swift and effective troubleshooting, so approx. 20 travel days per year should be expected

Shaping the future:
As Global Support Specialist, you will have an impact on the development projects where you will set service models and maintenance protocols, contribute to hardware and software requirements, and support product launches with technical documentation and training programs.

What we hope to see you bring

The ideal candidate comes with a technical background within electronics, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, or similar, and enjoys solving complex technical problems, being motivated by sharing knowledge with others.

Communication skills are key; so, if you believe that you can explain advanced technical concepts in a clear and practical way and are comfortable working with field service engineers, product specialists, and development teams across cultures and geographies then you might be the profile we are looking for.

We imagine that you bring experience from technical support, analytical instrumentation, service engineering, or a similar environment. Experience with network technologies, LIMS, OPC UA, and/or the food agriculture industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

Business language is English, and we expect you to have excellent English skills.
