How we work

We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our Product Engineering team within the Research and Development department. You will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle management of our products, ensuring that documentation, data, and part replacement processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

You will work closely on-site at our FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød, collaborating with colleagues across Supply Chain, Service, and Development departments to elevate and strengthen the quality of our products for our customers. About the job

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for handling instruments for tests, electrical and mechanical changes combined with troubleshooting and documentation to maintain and improve our existing product portfolio.

Your tasks will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving electronic or mechanical issues in existing designs.
• Assisting with EMC experiments and verifying design improvements.
• Assist in managing documentation for certificates and instruments in our ERP system.
• Key role in our Product Lifecycle Management projects.

About you

Preferable technical qualifications

• Technical background with 3-5+ years of experience, preferably with focus on Electrical or Mechanical systems.
• Skilled windows software user and knowledgeable on Linux terminal use and handling.
• Experienced with SAP ERP or similar Engineering change management platforms.
• Trained and/or experienced with CB certificate requirements and standards on components.
• Experienced with creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Motivated to develop your skills and contribute to process and system improvements.

• You are committed to delivering high-quality work and able to navigate between multiple tasks.
• You have strong communication and coordination skills and enjoy working with a variety of people.
