Do you want to put your project management and supply chain knowledge into play as you drive the FOSS production to the next level? And do you thrive on closing gaps and optimizing business processes to ensure perfect order delivery to our customers? Then you could be our new Supply Chain Project Manager!
Play a crucial role in our production transformation
Our Supply Chain Program Management team is responsible for driving our strategic project portfolio. This includes the extensive task of relocating all Danish production, warehouse, and distribution activities from Hillerød to Frederikssund in 2026. As part of this transition the production and logistical concepts will be redesigned to further a competitive and professional operation. We call this program ‘Horizon’ and together with your team colleagues you will play a vital role in the program success. From 2026 you will continue driving the next strategic supply chain projects.
You will manage vital parts of the production transformation
Your first primary responsibility will be to drive the Horizon ‘Production track’ and associated projects. To become successful in this role, you will:
- Be at the centre of gathering all the relevant information together with your core team, from specialists, users, managers, IT, and other stakeholders. Having understood the current solutions, you will find the best possible future solutions and how they will influence associated supply chain processes and activities
- Drive the development and implementation of the new production solutions, ensuring the organizational anchoring through training, tools, and documentation. To do successful change management you will know the details of the new solution, from the SAP and operational processes to the strategic fit
- Be responsible for reporting on the track progress, issues and risks to the steering group and program portfolio management
- Plan and execute the transfer of production activities to the new site and hyper care. After the transfer to the new site there is a roadmap containing multiple strategic projects such as utilization of the SAP S/4 HANA platform and further automation initiatives in which you will also have a key role
Your journey will start from our office in Hillerød and later transition with the operation to Frederikssund in 2026. You will refer directly to the Supply Chain Program Management Director.
You are an experienced project manager with a hands-on approach
We imagine that you:
- Have 3+ years proven track record driving projects in an assembly production. You have experience managing projects where ERP development is at the core of the solution. Experience from ‘high mix, low volume’ production is an advantage
- Have a LEAN framework and mind-set along with good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
- Have an academic degree within Production or Supply Chain disciplines, e.g., HD SCM, Manufacturing & Management Engineer or Cand. Merc. SCM
SAP S/4 HANA, automation, and industry 4.0 experience is an advantage.
As a person, you can build trust, create enthusiasm in a team, and build a network within our large organisation.
We will come to know you as self-motivated, with a positive can-do attitude. You prefer to be hands-on and take pride in having detailed knowledge of the solutions delivered in your projects. You are structured and have an analytical mindset, driven by creating value through fact-based decision-making.
You will become a central character in a unique chapter of our FOSS history
You will get the opportunity to put your mark on the production concepts setting the direction years into the future of production in FOSS. Furthermore, you will be a part of a strong team of highly skilled and very engaged colleagues.
