We are looking for a commercially savvy, brand-building marketeer for a new innovative SaaS company. As the global responsible Brand Marketing Director for the FOSS Software Services (FSS) division you will be leading the organization in all aspects of market-oriented activities, including brand and product design.

You will help create a lasting impact
In this role you will own and guide the organization on all matters relating to our brand, the narrative, and the company’s visual identity. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and relevant product UI supporting the product purpose in best possible ways.
By utilizing digital channels, e.g., our newly established website, you will ensure best possible ROI and good level of CAC. To fulfil our longer-term ambitions, you will also be responsible for creating a community of stakeholders and produce relevant media content and events to fulfil commercial targets.
As the leader of the brand design and marketing organization, you will manage and support the buildup of three key subareas within the organization to support the organizations ambitious plan to be the undisputed leader in its field.

- Company brand and CVI
- Thought leadership development
- Product Design System
- Community network
- Media production
- Internal / external communication
You will be responsible for managing an optimal budget for maximizing impact.
The team is expected to grow significantly from its current size of 4 + back-office support following our planned growth. You will report directly to the President of the Division and become part of FSS Executive Leadership team, where you have frequent interactions and benefit from your colleagues’ expertise and business insights.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and entrepreneurial design and marketing leader within software and the digital space. You should have a data-driven approach and a proven track record of scaling teams to meet increasing and ever-changing demands.
Other competences, that will help you succeed in this role:
- International Marketing leadership experience
- Experience in brand building and storytelling in Food industry
- Experience in software product design (UI)
- Used relevant KPIs to track performance
- Experience or knowledge of the food industry
- University degree from recognized institution
- Strong communication skills, including oral, written and presentation capability
- Experience with SalesForce, Pardot, ChurnZero and Umbraco is a plus.
As a person you have an international mindset and strong ethical values. In addition, a good portion of resilience, positive mindset, humor, and grit will get you a long way.
We expect you to be able to work out of our offices in either Denmark or the US, since the primary market focus is Europe and North America. This will also put demands on your ability to lead across time zones and global or regional travel on a regular basis are to be expected.
