We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing at FOSS.

An exciting challenge

Marketing is a key link between FOSS’ global customers, our Sales and Service Subsidiaries (SSS’es) in 32 countries and 75 Distributor markets, and our R&D department.

We are 35 employees working out of FOSS’ offices in Hillerød, Denmark and Warsaw, Poland covering 4 main areas: Segment Management, Corporate Business Development, Marketing Excellence, and Demand Creation.

Reporting to the SVP Marketing you will be an important part of our daily operation and team in Marketing. You will be a center point for Marketing’s tasks and activities and be in close contact with all parts of our organization.

As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include tasks like:

  • Management reporting, including KPI, data crunching, and identification of counter action
  • Arranging and supporting successful meetings and events in Denmark and internationally
  • Internal portal management including update and creation of content to basic graphics design
  • Travel assistance/organization of worldwide travel involving airlines, hotels and ground transport, with visa applications/other requirements for SVP Marketing
  • Power point presentations and proofreading
  • Administrative tasks for SVP:
    • Calendar including Touch Point and Individual objectives meeting,
    • Marketing management and team meetings, agenda and minutes and
    • Expense handling and controlling.
  • Stakeholder management with CFO, CEO and Corporate Management

What do you bring?

 We are expecting following background and experience:

  • Experience in PA task such as planning travels, calendar management etc.
  • Analytical mindset: good with numbers and analysis
  • Fluent English speaking and writing – Danish is an advantage but not a must

We expect your Educational Background to be a degree in Business Administration or similar field.

The person we’re looking for is a self-starter, has a ‘go-do’ attitude and good analytical skills. We are looking for someone with an international mindset – and preferably experience in working within a global organization.
