We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Production & Supply Chain department in Hillerød. We have global responsibility for the operational supply chain in FOSS from procurement and production to logistics and distribution consisting of daily operations and both local and cross-functional projects. The job offers the opportunity to relate theory to practice in creating transparency in the supply chain through routine tasks such as updating KPIs, maintaining documentation and ad hoc analysis and assignments
You will be reporting to the Manager of P&SC Excellence, but will have close collaboration with the other Student Assistants within P&SC.
Several of the following will be your primary task depending on your profile and interest:
- KPI reporting on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Data extraction, analysis and simulation related to one or more areas of P&SC.
- Maintaining material & system settings.
- Analysis on daily operations and as input to P&SC projects.
- Maintain & improve the P&SC SharePoint site.
- Revise Standard Operating Procedures in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Performing various administrative routine and service tasks.
- Ad hoc analysis and assignments from Logistics, Procurement, NPI, Production and Warehouse.
We strive for you to be part of one or more projects, and you will be given the opportunity to engage in tasks like: value stream mapping, practical problem solving, documentation of existing or developed processes, providing input from theory/studies etc.
The ideal candidate is studying within the field Operations Management, Production, Supply Chain Management, at CBS, DTU, IT University or similar. You have minimum 1.5 years left before graduating. You are used to working with MS Office and MS Excel. VBA programming is an advantage, and knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma tools and MS Visio is a plus. Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory.

As a Student Assistant in FOSS, we expect you to work approx. 60 hours per month. We offer flexible working hours at the factory site.
