As our new Talent Attraction Specialist our can look forward to becoming part of FOSS’s largest subsidiary and a team of 100+ dedicated colleagues.

FOSS North America has an ambitious growth plan that implies staffing up. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is both hands-on, and creative, to design and lead the talent attraction strategy. Since this is a newly established role you will have the opportunity utilize your recruitment experience to help shape its form.

You’ll guarantee a smooth recruitment processes along with great candidate experiences

From our office in Eden Prairie, MN, you will work on a variety of tasks. These include:

  • Together with the hiring managers, you will manage all vacancies, ensuring a seamless and exciting candidate journey and a good onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Support the managers in FOSS NA – making sure they have a good understanding of effective recruitment practices and processes and how to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Work on initiatives to enhance our employer brand and implement new approaches to recruitment.

Are you both a ‘process’ and ‘people’ person?

We are looking for a specialist with minimum 4 years’ experience within HR. To be successful in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Absolutely love recruitment. If you are used to working with personality profiles, it is a plus – otherwise we’ll be happy to train you.
  • Have a ‘go-do’ attitude – and you can think out of the box – so if you don’t get enough applicants for a position, you know what buttons to press
  • Are not afraid of learning new systems
  • Are used to working independently

We imagine that your experience entails interviewing, screening, and searching for talents. As an experienced recruiter you already know how a proactive and strategic approach is important to succeed with finding the right candidates in time.

In many cases, you will be first point of contact for the managers in the organization and we would love it if they all could be met by your ‘can-do’ attitude. The stakeholders you work with benefit from your clear style of communicating and your ability to juggle a lot of different tasks.

Reporting to Global HR in Denmark, you will also be part of FOSS’ Global HR organization counting 20 employees across the globe. You will work close with both the Global HR organization and with the local organization in FOSS North America.
