Welcome to our Customer Care Sales Team

FOSS is looking for a new colleague to our global Customer Care Sales team. Your key focus in this role will be to help improve and streamline our global sales operations within contracts selling & renewal. With “contracts”, we are talking about remote & on-site maintenance agreements, digital service agreement, applications support etc. - typically contracts renewed yearly or on subscription.

Also, we are on a journey of rolling out a new CRM system - Salesforce, so we need a bright commercial mind to help build efficient and data-driven sales processes that better support and manage our contract business.

You will be a vital part in strengthening our operations within “contract business”

As our new “Commercial Operations Specialist - Contract Business”, you will be a vital part of defining and establishing our “contract sales & renewal operations” across FOSS globally. This includes these key tasks:

  • Create a clear & clever contract operations setup, incl. reporting frameworks & mgmt. follow-up
  • Ensure data, processes and management dashboard are build and supported in Salesforce.
  • Articulate and drive business requirements (improvements) towards our Salesforce technical team.
  • Roll out Salesforce globally, incl. updating of user manuals, videos, exercises, etc.
  • On-going support our subsidiaries, facilitate trainings, and collect operation improvements

This is a full-time position that will require 20-40 days traveling during the Salesforce rollout training and some follow up visits to our subsidiaries. Workplace is Hilleroed, Denmark.

What will make you fit this new role well

We imagine you have approx. 5 years of experience working in international B2B sales / commercial operations - maybe even within selling and renewing BTB service contracts (PMA/Care, applications, spares & consumables).

Ideally you have experience with relevant CRM-systems and a good tech. understanding – maybe even with experience in both developing the system platform (commercially) and anchor user-adoption in a global organization (roll-out, training, support).

As a person you have:

  • High energy and are self-driven, with an outgoing, proactive, and supportive attitude as a natural DNA.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Master's or bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Business, IT, or similar

To be successful in this position, you should have a passion for international sales, have a problem-solving attitude and be a concise communicator. You should truly be an ambitious team player that are able to take responsibility for projects/assignments while meeting deadlines.
