At FOSS, we are driven by a strong sense of purpose, and we hope you are too. A fast-growing world population means that the global food production will have to increase by 60% by 2050 to meet demand. We want to come up with smarter ways to make the best use of agricultural resources, and to help eliminate food waste. If that sounds like something you would like to get out of bed for every Monday morning, then read on.

You will help create a good customer testing experience

As our new Student Assistant, you will be coordinating the testing of our software solutions. On one side you will work closely with our Product Teams to plan and coordinate the user testing activities, while on the other you will be one point of contact for our customers participating in the testing. It will be your responsibility to make sure everything runs smoothly during the field tests and provide customers with help. More specifically your tasks will be administrative and entail:

  • Scheduling the tests with our customers.
  • Help record and document the process.
  • Handle any administrative follow up after the tests are run.

This role allows you to gain experience within communication and coordination that will certainly be useful in your future career. Furthermore, you will see first-hand how a software company employs agile methodologies for the testing of its solutions.

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Fluent in English (Danish is not required)
  • A relevant field of study, e.g., software, business, communication, or design
  • Must be currently enrolled in a study program

Additional information

Please note that this is a project-based position and therefore has a time limit. We expect the project to run from November 2022 until March 2023.

Work schedule is about 15 hours a week, that can be placed flexible after agreement with the Product Teams. The workplace can be either in Copenhagen (Metro: DR Byen) or Hillerød, at FOSS Innovation Center. For any question, please contact Riccardo Romano at rro@foss.dk

All applications for vacant positions will be welcomed and will be considered on the relative merits of the applicant against the role profile for the position regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, parental responsibilities, age, religion, or belief.
