FOSS Service Center
We are looking for Salesforce functional consultant who will be working in our team on Salesforce Implementation at FOSS Service Center in Warsaw.
What will you do?
- Be part of team delivering the most complex, the biggest and innovative applications based on top cloud solutions
- Develop business requirements and functional designs
- Design business processes and business processes automations based on Salesforce Platform
- Provide analytical support to the client and development team
What we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce technology
- Great proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (user and access management, automation – process builders, flows etc, UI, reporting)
- Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud is prerequisite, other preferable products: CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Communities, Pardot
- Desired – experience in working with Lightning Experience
- Experience in deployment and using deployment tools (like Salesforce DX)
- Knowledge Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce will be a big advantage but not a must
- Experience in business process automations projects, cooperation with development teams, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and its ecosystem
- Very Good command of English and communication skills
