As our new Order Assistant at FOSS, you will play a key role in our order and customer handling processes. Together with our dynamic team in Global Order Logistics and stakeholders across the organization you’ll have the opportunity to put your professional skills into use in securing outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for order handling and customer support
Your key responsibilities in the role as Order Assistant is to support the order handling processes, where you together with the rest of the team will optimize existing set-up and challenge our day-to-day business. Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

 Your primary tasks are, but not limited to: 

• Handling the Order-To-Cash process in Global Order Logistics/Global Logistics
• Communication link between Global Distribution, Manufacturing and our Sales & Service organization
• Follow up / prioritize on all incoming orders and verify that deadlines are kept
• Execution of tasks in a productive and efficient manner based on current objectives, strategies and guidelines

The position also contains a coordinating and supporting responsibility within Global Order Logistics in terms of maintaining existing Global Logistics processes and develop new in connection with changes.

Qualifications
You have a natural sense of what a good customer experience is all about, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you can adapt in tasks and priorities.

 To succeed we expect you to have: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales/customer service
• Good communications skills and fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
• Knowledge in SAP ERP is an advantage but not a requirement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details

We will come to know you as self-motivated and possessing a can-do attitude with a logistic mind-set. You work well within a team and can build a network within a large organization.
