We are looking for a hands-on experienced Brand and Design Lead for our new innovative SaaS company. Join us and help define the brand narrative and create brand systems to grow and shape our brand equity across the world.

You will help create a lasting impact
In this role you will help guide the organization on all matters relating to our brand, the narrative, and the company’s visual identity. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and relevant product UI supporting the product purpose in best possible ways.
You will work closely with product, sales as well as company leaders to bring our brand to life through carefully considered branding, design systems, and strategic creative frameworks - always ensuring they are grounded in our strategy and creating clear value.
More specifically you will:
- Define and develop the IQX brand identity - CVI
- Define strategy for the development of the IQX product user interface
- Define strategy for the development of the IQX website user interface
- Define guidelines for how to use the IQX brand on all relevant media and platforms, physical and digital.
- Define UX & UI guidelines to be used by development team when defining detailed user interface specifications
- Produce marketing material, physical and digital
Competences that will help you succeed in this role:
- Design experience at in-house brand team or creative agency
- Hands on experience with FIGMA, Adobe Creative suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Creative thinker and doer, with ability to take an idea and realize it
- Experience with building brand design and design systems
- Experience with design of digital user interfaces for web (websites and SaaS)
- Experience with, and flair for contemporary “good design” and aesthetics
- Ability to execute a user interface strategy throughout an organization
- Hands on experience with implementation of design in digital domains
- Ability to design and execute production files for social media, digital applications, experiential activations, print, collateral, SWAG, launch toolbox, etc.
- Design, organize, and package launch/asset Kit Guides/Style Guides

This is a newly established role within the Global Marketing team. The team is expected to grow significantly from its current size of 3 + back-office support following our planned growth. You will report to the Global Director Brand & Marketing and will be a key person for defining and activating our brand.
We expect you to be able to work out of our offices in either Denmark or Poland. Since the primary market focus is Europe and North America this will put demands on your ability to collaborate across time zones.
