Vacancies at FOSS

We are looking for Salesforce functional consultant who will be working in our team on Salesforce Implementation at FOSS Service Center in Warsaw.

What will you do?

• Be part of team delivering the most complex, the biggest and innovative applications based on top cloud solutions
• Develop business requirements and functional designs
• Design business processes and business processes automations based on Salesforce Platform
• Provide analytical support to the client and development team

What we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce technology
• Great proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (user and access management, automation – process builders, flows etc, UI, reporting)
• Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud is prerequisite, other preferable products: CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Communities, Pardot
• Experience in deployment and using deployment tools (like Salesforce DX)
• Knowledge Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms
• Experience in business process automations projects, cooperation with development teams, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and its ecosystem
• Very Good command of English and communication skills
