Are you our new Leadership & Talent Partner?

Our current Leadership & Talent Partner is moving abroad, so we are now looking for a new L&T partner to support the business. Our main job in HR is to help FOSS succeed with the strategy. One key element is talent management and leadership development and by joining us, you will drive this.
Reporting to the SVP of HR, you will be part of our Global HR team which counts a team of dedicated HR employees in Denmark, Poland, Hungary and China, working with all aspects of HR – from employer branding, recruitment, leadership development to labor law, and compensation and benefit.
As an L&T Partner, your focus is to design and deliver both leadership and talent development. We have a number of annual programs– e.g. a talent program for employees with leadership aspirations, “new people manager training” etc.. Further, we also offer a number of theme-based workshops and we expect that you will drive the design of the new one to come.
In FOSS we are firm believers in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Our latest survey on this shows that we are on a very high level – and that we want to keep. In addition to your L&T role, you will be responsible for our DEI initiatives.
What can you expect?
There will be a good mix between design and delivery in this job. You will make sure that the existing programs are delivered with high impact, and you will also be the one who – together with the business – defines the needs for new initiatives and do the design work. That means that you should expect a job that includes gathering inspiration, making a blueprint, presenting to management, delivery, and evaluation – to put it short: you will be responsible for the process from a-z – in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners and HR around the world.
What does it require?
To be successful in the role, we expect you to have a good mix of up-to-date L&D expertise, stakeholder management skills, and last but not least: a hands-on approach. The role is global, so you should be good at building relationships across the organization.
You have a positive mindset - even when challenged - and people enjoy working with you. You need to be energized by what adds value to the business and is effectful and care less about fancy “wrapping”. We are looking for someone with a pragmatic approach and a drive to get things moving.
We expect you to come with relevant experience from a similar position or from consulting. Your educational background could be a Master’s in Business, Learning, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You have solid project management experience that you can tap into to ensure a professional and smooth process when designing and implementing initiatives.
The business language is English, so we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. It is an advantage if you also speak and write Danish.
