Technical Project Manager for Instrument Test & Verification
Nils Foss Allé 1
Rasmus Solmer Eriksen
In FOSS, we are driven by a strong sense of purpose. A fast-growing world population means that the global food production will have to increase by 60% by 2050 to meet demand. We want to come up with smarter ways to make the best use of agricultural resources, and to help eliminate food waste.
Welcome to our team
FOSS develops the world best analytical solutions for food industries and sees test and verification of our products as an integrated part of this work. The test and verification team guides the development engineers to make solid choices during the design phase and provide confidence in quality during manufacturing. On the one hand we conduct tests during the development phase of new instruments and on the other hand we also execute tests on the final products as part of the production process.
The workday you can look forward to
As our new Test & Verification Project Manager you will become a central ‘hub’ in a complex world between product developers, test developers and legal compliance. You will play a central role and have the overall responsibility for the teams’ deliveries. An important part of succeeding in this role is the ability to make ambitious and efficient plans for each project verification by setting strategic targets, while never compromising on requirements. When things change you adapt and find new ways.
We are proud to have a high level of experience and competence in HW test engineering, product compliance and engineering in general. No two days will feel the same, as your will work with a range of stakeholders, technical challenges, and technologies. You can expect to be challenged, grow and have fun and more specifically, work with:
- Hardware testing including reliability-, environmental- and machine safety.
- Production test solutions (hardware and software) with NI TestStand and NI LabVIEW.
- The CE-marking process.
- Reading and interpreting harmonized standards and guidelines.
- Collaborating with Notified Body partners such as FORCE and UL.
- Office 365 work and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner)
What will make you fit in well
We imagine that you have a master’s degree in engineering within e.g., electronics, software, or mechanics. You work systematically but are not afraid of changes, and you thrive on solving complex technical and practical problems. Communication comes naturally to you regardless of if whether its technical or giving managers overview.
