We are looking for a local HR Manager to support our two sites in Warsaw. You will be part of FOSS’ Global HR organization counting 20 employees across the globe and you will report to global HR in Denmark.
As HR Manager you will work most of the time at the FOSS Service Center (FSC) located in city center at Bracka 25. FSC provides IT infrastructure and application services to support FOSS’s global organization with more than 1,700 employees located in +30 countries.
The FOSS Service Center in Warsaw was established in 2018 and counts +70 employees. The majority of the employees work with IT and software services – supporting approx. 1600 users in +30 countries.
The second site is the FOSS Sales and Service subsidiary which counts approx. 20 employees who works with sales, service, admin and finance. FOSS Polska provides analytical instruments and solutions with professional customer support across Poland.
In the role as local HR manager, you will work on a variety of tasks, such as:
- Recruitment process and talent acquisition – together with our Polish recruiter who is supporting the FSC.
- Employee performance, e.g. performance cases
- Employee engagement and implementation of the FOSS culture
- Compensation and benefits
- Payroll – it’s run by an external company but you need to oversee the process
- HR processes – e.g. follow up on the employee engagement survey
- Leadership team development and training
- Update, review and create HR related policies

We are looking for an experience HR Manager who should be comfortable being proactive and taking initiative. You will be first point of contact for employees and managers in all HR matters. We expect you to come with a high drive and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You need to be ready to handle the many different types of tasks that will fall under your responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced manager with 4-7 years’ experience within HR. We are looking for an HR colleague who is experienced within various HR disciplines and with Polish labor law.
Since the corporate language is English, we expect you to have excellent English skills – both in speak and written.
