Global Master Data consists of 6 dedicated master data professionals; it’s a dynamic team characterized by a can-do mentality, service mindedness and strong teamwork mentality - within the team and across the entire global organization. We engage and collaborate our business colleagues, supporting the business processes incl. the digital solutions – to ensure a high master data quality agenda through strong governance and early engagement in new initiatives across FOSS.
We are deeply engaged in everyday tasks as well as longer-term business planning and execution. We strive to be structured, analytical, accurate and data driven.
We take the master data discipline seriously and a high master data quality is a success factor when working on an integrated IT platform of CRM, ERP and digital solutions across a global environment.
Currently we mainly work with Master Data such as Customer-, Vendor-, Material-, Products- and Contacts data.
An exciting challenge
We are working in a fast-changing environment with highly skilled and motivated colleagues and high data quality is an important success factor for data integrations, migrations, system rollouts and the daily operations. As our new Master Data Coordinator, you will ensure high master data quality in key applications while supporting the Master Data Management strategy as well as ensuring alignment with Master Data Governance rulesets. You will work closely with your new colleagues in the Master Data team, currently consisting of five experienced Master Data professionals, while reporting to the Head of Master Data.
We will teach you all you need to know about FOSS and Master Data and just expect you to enjoy learning on the fly and have a good mindset for complex master data scenarios where many things as well as stakeholders needs to be considered before decisions can be made.
Your primary tasks will include the following:
- Support daily operations in creating and maintaining Master Data in relevant systems
- Perform mass changes to master data
- Support business with a professional and robust level of Master Data understanding
- Assist our sales subsidiaries with cleansing of data
- Support the Master Data KPI management and cleansing of data
You have a structured mindset, are a quick learner and are an experienced excel user. You’re always looking for smarter ways of working.
We expect that you:
- Are a quick learner, service minded and enjoy new challenges
- Understand Master Data and system dependencies
- Have a good understanding of integrated system landscapes with Web shop, SAP, ERP, CRM, CAD systems etc.
- Are experienced in data analysis/data management & excel and have some understanding of tools like Power BI, Qlik
- Have an analytical and structured mindset
- Can communicate fluently in spoken and written Danish- and English business languages
