We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the Senior Vice President (SVP) of FOSS Global Sales and Marketing.
Sales and Marketing is a global functioning covering all Sales and Service Subsidiaries (SSS) in 32 countries and 75 Distributor markets, launch of new products & global product assortment including Customer Care Sales, Marketing campaigns & events, Commercial Excellence and Key Account Management.

An exciting challenge
Reporting to the SVP Sales and Marketing you will be an important part of Sales and Marketing. You will have 380 sales and marketing colleagues around the world, including the 65 in Denmark. That means that you will be a center point for global tasks and activities.
As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include tasks like:
- Extensive travel assistance/organize of complex worldwide travel involving airlines, hotels and ground transport, with visa applications/other requirements for CEO, SVP Sales and Marketing and SVP FOSS Software Services
- Arranging successful meetings and events around the Globe and in Denmark
- Annual Business plan review, documenting and meetings & Monthly Business reviews
- Management reporting, including KPI, data crunching and identification of counter action
- Portal management including update and /creation from content to basic graphics design
- Administrative tasks for SVP: Calendar including Touch Point and Individual objectives meeting, Global Sales & Marketing management meeting, agenda and minutes and deep dives, Expense handling and controlling. Stakeholder management with CFO, CEO and Corporate Management. Power point presentations and proofreading
You will also be involved in a number of HR related tasks such as Employee engagement Survey follow up and improvement activities, maintaining organization charts and Intro program for new Managing Directors and Regional Vice Presidents.
What do you bring?
We are expecting following background and experience:
- Experience in PA task such as planning travels, calendar management etc.
- Analytical mindset : Not afraid of numbers and analysis
- Fluent English speaking and writing – Danish is an advance but not a must
We expect your Educational Background to be a degree in Business Administration or similar field.
The person we’re looking for has a ‘go-do’ attitude and good analytical skills. We are looking for someone with an international mindset – and preferably experience in working with people from all over the world. You will be working across time zones, and from time to time, there will be tasks that are outside normal working hours, so we do prefer someone who is comfortable with flexible working time.
