Training & Employer Branding Specialist

Further, we work with a broad range of areas and responsibilities, ensuring delivery of effective and high-quality services to the organization.
We are looking for a Training & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Global HR team which is based at our Innovation Center in Hillerød, Denmark.
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of HR and in the role, you will drive our employer branding activities which among other things include participating in job fairs, employee advocacy programs and student networks. Further, you be responsible for onboarding and for defining the approach going forward. Finally, you will play a key role in defining our overall training strategy aligned with our business needs, implement new processes, and organize the overall training execution.
You will work on both development and delivery closely with business leaders, HR partners and HR around the world.
What does it require?
It is important that you thrive establishing new relations and prioritize collaboration, both within HR with your colleagues and throughout the organization. You have a positive mindset even when challenged and people enjoy working with you. You need to be energized by what adds value and is effectful and care less about fancy “wrapping”. You are passionate about what you do and you have a drive to get things moving.
Your education background could be a Master’s in Business, Learning, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience). We expect you to come with some relevant experience within Training & Employer Branding. You have solid project management experience that you can tap into ensuring a professional and smooth process when designing and implementing initiatives. Further, experience with SoMe is an advantage.
Business language is English, so we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. It is an advantage if you also speak and write Danish. However, it is a requirement that you have a Danish work permit.
