As our Global Product Manager, Customer Care Sales you will be a part of a newly established team in FOSS that is set out to accelerate further growth of the well-established Care Solutions business. Christian Rosenkrantz de Lasson, VP Customer Care Sales on this new opportunity:

You have a direct line to our Sales/Service Subsidiaries & customers and through your outreach, you understand their needs and challenges. With this information, you improve and sustain the Care Solutions offerings and apply new business models such as subscriptions in close corporation with stakeholders across the organization. You are also responsible for driving contract lifecycle management initiatives e.g. optimization of the contract renewal process. You will report to Mikkel V. From, heading the Care Solutions department:
“This is a unique opportunity to join the new Care Solutions team, that’s on a mission to drive further growth of the services business in close cooperation with the global team” .
You will be key by ensuring continuous growth of the Care Solutions product offerings, as you:
- Sustain and define new Care Solutions offerings and project manage these
- Define new strong business models and service value propositions in close cooperation with the global Inside Sales teams, aligned with customer needs
- Drive improvements of the current contract lifecycle management process, e.g. optimization of the contract renewal process
To succeed in this new role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of experience in a global company and enjoying being a part of a cross-functional team
- Preferably worked with commercialization of services and contract lifecycle management as part of total product offerings - Analyzer & Services
