We are looking for a passionate and skilled customer Manager to join us at our Barracas, CABA offices, covering Argentina and Peru as a territory.

Play a vital role in the company as Customer Manager

Come help us expand our after sales services selling in the assigned sales territory. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the key point of contact between FOSS and current clients when it comes to digital and non-digital after sales services. You will assist FOSS Analytics Argentina & Perú to build up a successful and profitable business and contribute to the company sustainable growth, promoting our after sales services to customers, negotiating and closing deals/contracts with the aim of maximizing profits for the company.

You will identify and pursue current customers to sell services, renew service contracts, generate new orders and revenue, and simultaneously, nurture and maintain healthy ongoing relationships with clients improving their satisfaction. You will thus have to manage relationships with different kind of accounts, from small local companies to large global accounts, and therefore need to be a real trusted advisor.

Your tasks will also include preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and statistics, as well as offering and selling products/services by establishing contact and developing long-term relationships with prospects and past or current clients and/or dealers, recommending FOSS Analytical Solutions (products and/or services).

You will maintain healthy and productive relationships with current clients and their management teams, by providing support, information, guidance, and researching/recommending new/different services, focusing on profitability and processes improvement. Last but not least, you keep updated of industry trends and market activities, and on professional and technical knowledge.

This position comes with some travel activity in Argentina and Peru (Approx. 30% of the working time), and potential travel to HQ or other locations for attending training activities or to organize a training activity with clients/dealers/management.

  • Experience in Dairy and/or Grain and/or RMT market/business. After sales services selling experience is a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of proven B2B Sales experience and a track record of achieving sales KPI’s and targets.
  • Engineering or Technical degree (Industrial, Chemical, Food or related) or Business bachelor’s degree
  • English at an advanced level, as it is our corporate language.
