We are looking for a Feed Regional Sales Manager, based in Jiangsu, in Zheijiang or Anhui, responsible for the sales of Feed instrument portfolio in China, reporting directly to the Sales Director China for the Feed industry .
Your primary tasks will include being:
- Responsible for sales business and marketing promotion in relevant regions;
- Responsible for the formulation of the regional market annual work objectives and market strategies, and organizing the implementation;
- Responsible for developing market business, carrying out relevant publicity and promotion, and improving the popularity and reputation of the company and its products;
- Responsible for analyzing and forecasting the sales market, grasping the market trend, and providing accurate relevant information for decision-making;
- In charge of regularly tracking and analyzing the marketing strategies and means of competitors in the industry, timely formulating countermeasures, and constantly adjusting and improve the marketing strategies and schemes in the region.
You come with a Bachelor degree or above (with a major in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent), and with more than 5 years´ working experience in large feed production companies, mainly engaged in quality control, production technology, or have related work experience, with feed industry background and knowledge
You are familiar with the feed industry market development and with the status of the industry, with animal husbandry and feed related government departments, media and advertising. You have a ood organization, communication, implementation and monitoring ability, as well as strong analytical and judgment skills. People describe you as serious and responsible, efficiency oriented and willing to accept challenges. You have strong planning ability, market planning ability and marketing ability.
