Digital Business Student Worker – Octopus/PMO

Our business unit, FOSS Digital Business, was established in 2017 and is currently consisting of 70 people, delivering digital services to more than 11.000 connected installations globally. The organization encompasses the full value chain from innovation to product development, operations and sales. Your job as student worker
You will be the ‘Octopus’ of the Digital Business team - someone who can help our department with our administrative tasks. The tasks are typically small (with a duration of a few hours to a day) and are non urgent. We will keep a list (backlog) with the tasks to be done.
You will be working on tasks such as:
- Budget, monthly follow up on invoicing for various items
- Monthly department meeting survey
- Organisation of Steering Group meetings and taking minutes for different projects
- Update of internal portal website
- Planning facilitation of department outings and taking care of practicalities
Who are you?
The candidate we are looking for is studying on minimum 2. year of a DTU, ITU or CBS education (or similar) and possesses excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
You have a high sense of quality and a structured way of working, and a basic understanding of accounting. You are good at communicating – both written and spoken, and have good English skills (at least at CEFR level C1 - Effective operational proficiency).
You are an easy learner with an open and frank personality: you are not afraid to ask questions or to say no. People describe you as a proactive self starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
