In FOSS, we are looking for a talented Global HR Business Partner to support R&D and Production & Supply Chain. You will be part of Global HR department counting 9 employees in Denmark and approx. 10 employees outside Denmark. You will report directly to the SVP of HR.
Supporting two main functions in FOSS: R&D and Production and Supply chain, you will provide a broad range of HR services to the organization.
You will work on a variety of tasks, such as:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Leadership team development
- Employee engagement
- Organizational development
- Employee matters
Being part of the global HR function, you will be part of an effective team of HR professionals. You play an important role in setting the direction for the HR professionals in Hungary and China and support them in their work. Since you will be supporting a global organization, you should – in a normal year - expect 10-15 travelling days per year.
The preferred candidate comes with solid HR partner experience and a relevant master’s degree. It is a plus if you have experience working with R&D organizations. For recruitment and development purposes, we work with Hogan personality test and with MBTI – if you are familiar with those tools, it’s a plus – but not a requirement. Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite.
The candidate we are looking for comes with a proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offering HR expertise and coaching on people issues. We are looking for an HR partner who is experienced within various HR concepts and disciplines and who is used to working in a large, global organization.
Since you will work with colleagues across the organization, it is crucial that you are pragmatic and a good networker with outstanding collaboration skills.
You should have a strong drive and a self-starter attitude with the ability to seek out the resources and answers needed to keep things moving. Furthermore, you have the ability to solve problems and work independently with the appropriate “sense of urgency”.
