If you can say yes to this, then we might have an exciting job for you since we are looking for a new Indirect Procurement Manager.

The Job

As Indirect Procurement Manager, you will be part of a strong Finance department consisting of 9 dedicated accountants and Controllers with responsibilities covering all finance aspects in the Research, development and Manufacturing (RDM) companies in the FOSS group. As Indirect Procurement Manager, you will be working on both Strategic and Tactical projects covering a broad specter of projects and tasks. You will be incremental in securing FOSS’s Indirect Procurement policy is being utilized in all segments and areas in FOSS and will collaborate with the entire FOSS organization

You will report to the Senior Manager of Finance Operations & Support 

Primary Task

As our Indirect Procurement Manager your primary task will include the following responsibilities:

  • Key project lead on strategic projects in the FOSS group
  • Challenge the project leads on the best solutions for FOSS as a company
  • Negotiate the best possible deals with multiple vendors
  • Tactical purchase task will be an important area covering everything from minor purchases to substantial also in FOSS Group context
  • Maintain and develop the Category planning process as an important tool to obtain the KPI’s
  • Be a strong interface between the Finance team and rest of the business 


We are looking for a new colleague with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement area. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in economics combined with relevant experience in preferably international companies/organizations. You should be very experienced in Excel and other MS Office tools and acquainted in relevant ERP systems - preferably SAP. You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Danish.

As a person you are flexible, self-driven, result driven team player with strong commercial and analytical skills. You should be comfortable and thrive when handling multiple projects at the same time as well being able to work independently on own projects
