We are looking for a talented Sales Admin Specialist with strong commercial expertise to join our Admin team in Hamburg. If that sounds like something you would like to get out of bed for every Monday morning, then read on.

The job

Within a small team you will be responsible mainly for the dealing with the order processing of analysing instruments. The job will be a full time job offering flexibility of prioritising your work in cooperation with your manager in line, the Controller.

Our nice office is located in the city of Hamburg offering all kind of conveniences of a great town.

Primary task

  • As Sales Administrator, your main tasks will consists of
  • Quotation-, Order processing and handling for our companies in Germany, Austria & Benelux
  • Telephone contact & correspondence with our customers
  • Administrative tasks


We are looking for a candidates with minimum 3 year’s of experience within commercial training or similar expertise. In order to be succesfull in the job we expect you to have experience within MS Office. If you previously have worked with SAP, it is considered an advantage.

Since FOSS is a global organization, it is a prerequisite that you speak German and English. If you do not speak German we offer you an intensive language course paid by FOSS. If you speak French or Dutch, you can also use these languages in your daily work.
