Our main job in HR is to help FOSS succeed with the strategy. One key element is talent management and leadership development and by joining us, you will drive this. We are also globalizing, standardizing and upgrading our core processes and services. Further, we work with a broad range of areas and responsibilities, ensuring delivery of effective and high quality services to the organization.
We are looking for a Talent & Leadership Partner to join our Global HR team which is based at our Innovation Center in Hillerod, Denmark. It is a newly created position. Our focus the coming years is to deliver strategic talent management and leadership development activities and we need your help to take the leap forward.
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of HR and in the role, you will define the blueprint for our approach to talent management and leadership development. However, the main responsibility will be to bring it to life. You could for example be working on programs for leader and general manager talents. This will support our current works with developing and maintaining our internal pipeline for critical positions. We imagine that you will take on this project with great energy and that you will thrive on working on all aspects of it.
You will work on both development and delivery closely together with business leaders, HR partners and HR around the world.
What does it require?
To be successful in the role, we expect you to have a good mix of up-to-date L&D expertise, stakeholder management skills and hands-on approach to implementation.
As it is a newly created position with many stakeholders involved it is important that you thrive establishing new relations and prioritize collaboration, both within HR with your colleagues and throughout the organization. You have a positive mindset even when challenged and people enjoy working with you. You need to be energized by what adds value and is effectful and care less about fancy “wrapping”. We are looking for someone with a pragmatic approach and a drive to get things moving.
We expect you to come with relevant experience from a similar position or from consulting. Your education background could be a Master’s in Business, Learning, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience). You have solid project management experience that you can tap into ensuring a professional and smooth process when designing and implementing initiatives.
Business language is English, so we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. It is an advantage if you also speak and write Danish. However, it is a requirement that you hold a Danish work permit.
