"I really wanted to work on optimising the use of agricultural resources to help meet the growing food demand. Here, I get to enable the agricultural industry to produce food more efficiently through our new innovative solutions. And soon, you will too." - says Anne Damsgaard-Johansen, 2 years as a Business Developer at FOSS, master’s degree in agricultural economics
Welcome to FOSS – a technological powerhouse
At our Innovation Centre in Hillerød, we have united some of the greatest minds from a multitude of professions under one roof. From here, we discover new ways of improving global food quality through our cutting-edge analysis instruments.
You will join the Business Development team alongside 10 dedicated and skilled colleagues – each responsible for developing new strategies and market solutions for their own segment.
Become an expert
Here, you don’t cry over spilled milk – you learn from it. We do not expect you to be an expert from day 1, but you will grow into one by interacting with customers and industry experts. In the beginning, you will accompany your colleagues until you get the hang of things.
“I get to travel the world and experience the food industry in totally different cultures. There is a huge difference between farms in China and America. You will never stop learning new things.” - Anne.
Join a dream team of experts
Besides sharing the day with your fellow business developers, you are also part of our segment management team for Raw Milk Testing. In addition to you, the team consists of Market Management, R&D and Service. Together, you might create the next generation of solutions for testing for mastitis or checking the bacteria count or create a smarter solution for dairy herd management.
The segment team is such a capacity. Between us, there is almost nothing we don’t know. When we put our heads together, we can make anything happen.
